Sesame spinach with smoked fish

Different varieties of smoked fish served with crusty bread and fresh spinach wrapped in yoghurt and tahini cream. Enjoy your meal! Ingredients Main course For 4 people 1 kg of fresh spinach 2 tablespoons of tahini (sesame paste) 4 tablespoons of plain yoghurt salt 1 teaspoon of lemon juice 500 g of smoked fish, i.e. salmon, mackerel, trout or herring crusty bread, crackers How to proceed Preparation: ca. 20 minutes Rinse the spinach, peel them and remove the larger stems. Put them in the pan without draining them. Cover them and let them wither. Drain them, pass them under cold water and let them drain well. Mix the tahini with the yoghurt. Season with salt and lemon juice. Mix the spinach with half of the yoghurt cream. Sea bream with potatoes and radishes

The fish is on stage at the table. These oven-baked sea bream are served with an appetizing and crunchy side dish of browned potatoes and radishes. Ingredients Main course For 4 people 4 sea bream of approx. 400 g 2 lemons 6 tablespoons of olive oil salt pepper 600 g of potatoes 2 bunches of radishes 20 g of panko or breadcrumbs How to proceed Preparation: approx. 30 minutes Cooking in the oven: approx. 20 minutes Total time: 50 min Heat the oven to 200 ° C. Rinse the fish with cold water and dry them with kitchen paper. Arrange them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Cut the lemons into slices and insert them into the ventral cavities of the fish. Brush the fish with oil and season with salt and pepper. Bake them in the centre of the oven for approx. 20 minutes. Meanwhile, cut the potatoes into wedges and brown them in oil over medium heat for approx. 15 minutes. Chop the radish leaves and set them aside. Halve the radishes, add them to the potatoes and continue cooking for
